Return & Refund Policy
At WooEDC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Conditions
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging (including stickers, spare parts, and tools).
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The Return Process
Email Support@wooedc.com with your order number.
Receive return instructions and the return address.
Send the item back using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Sale items or items purchased during limited "Artisan Drops" (unless defective).
- Items with visible scratches, signs of use, or missing original components.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a defective product, please contact us at Support@wooedc.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
