Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In the event of a high volume of orders (such as during new product drops or holiday seasons), shipments may be delayed slightly. We appreciate your patience.
Domestic & International Estimates
We offer reliable worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking information is usually updated within 24-48 hours after shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
wooedc.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, VAT, and other taxes).
Damages & Lost Items
If you receive your order damaged or if the package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at Support@wooedc.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of checkout.
